Frankie sets his stock in building rapport and long-term relationships with clients large and small. It’s through this that he gains the understanding to deliver exactly the right regulated advisers to the right firms.

Having been a business owner and employee in financial services, Andrew has a sixth sense for matching high calibre candidates and companies. Louise has long held a business focused mind-set, having completed a business studies degree with honours including a one-year placement within the events management sector.
Will is a bright and enthusiastic Recruitment Co-ordinator who has come through our apprenticeship scheme with flying colours. Acting as a resourcer for our consultants, Will identifies, qualifies and passes on exceptional candidates for them to develop.
Our comprehensive training programme has helped Will develop the qualities and attributes it takes to be a successful recruiter and he is excelling at matching clients and candidates.
